Nothing positive to say about this company. This is the worst company I have ever seen. There is no job security. The company has the worst culture.

Dislikes

Seniors are very rude and unapproachable. They do not teach or guide employees. There is no one to help or support you. Salaries are not paid on time. Employees are fired without any valid reason at any time. The management puts excessive pressure on employees. I would strongly suggest not joining this company.

Idyllic in all respects had the idyllic culture to balance work and life, learn and grow, as well as a tension free worrkspace, loaded with excellent bunch of people who are all in one mission to grow and make the workplace idyllic in all respects.
