I am join in BCM for HL/LAP. All are good. Very supportive supervisor and senior. Salary is good. Holiday is good as per company policy. Office timing is excellent. I am very happy filling in company.

Here There is Little disagreement about Promotion Because I am Working For 4 years as a Senior Employee there is a condition to see the Problem and problem center So it is a Little Difficult for me to complete the Given Target the Young Employee dose not have that Environment So Completes his Target Properly the Company Completes itbased on the Target Also Conduct a Competition called JFM, XX Twice a year and None of the Senior Employees Like as have won and benefited only the Young Employees are Benefiting...Read More

More work less money that's concept I was need. Working time (6Am to 11Pm) is very bad really very bad. Because I'm a married person, my native is Batlagundu, me and my wife stay in kannapalaiyam, after I'm going to the office, my wife stay lonely. More then 3 times I was noticed to relocate my place, but no response so I was resaining my job.
