Appraisal is fully politics I achieved all my KRA parameters it's reflecting in my Score card my overall all score is more than 100. I was win double X contest, But I got only 3 rating.

Salary every month credited in month end no delayed . Business team side given lot of promotion oppertunity. Yearly once given abroad travelling complimentary for JFM. Employee afternoon lunch provided is good .
