The peer pressure is tolerable as my both bosses are very good( my big b's) in team management and they taught me to work as a familied team , teamates are averagley supportable , salary and incentives are very nicely leveled , both team and bosses are innovative and new thing is been learned from them everyday.

Dislikes

They differentiate between onrole and offrole employees as a offrole cannot enter onrole's cabin but onrole can come and go and thats so rude . Admin is not so good as job environment is not well maintained , guards on main floor branch in Ludhiana doesn't behave well with offroles. The product i had was good enough to earn my livelyhood but now because of stoppage of my previous product I live in a tensed job atmosphere....Read More

Company is good....but not looking into its employee's feedback Got too many things to learn from this company

They don't have any clear answers for any of our queries Seniors never solve any of problems I had qorked there for almost 2 years and never got any bonus or incriment. Whenever we talk about that with our senior they gave us diplomatic answers No tranparency.... i am not sure about other capital first's branches but mine was like that I was a SO in consumer loan and as per my boss i am not allowed to have any single week off... have to work full week and no bonus or any remuneration for that But i learn so many things from this company....i am thankful for that This was just my exp may be your's will be better So just make everything clear before joining...Read More

I have 2 to 3 year experience in capital first ltd. and i gain much knowledge about finance. and working staff are very helpful. Our staff member are polite and giving update info day by day. but they hav'nt give me a reliving letter this point is very weak. but all is good..
