Should increase the salary of Desktop support. On all bank holidays it should be holiday for us as well . Desktop Support Engineer should be given a Desktop Support Engineer's job not make us do extra work which we are not even getting paid for making us stay extra hours after the working hours is complete without any extra pay for you benifits. And please increase our salary

A company doesn't work on hia own.. Its the people who drives it. If the driver is not good enough in terms of taking calls then team down the line will always suffer.

Regional Head always threatening and pushing to resign or termnate employees even after doing day job. Lots of VC/Concall at late hours and harassed to employees No proper feedback shared to MD and CEO by Senior Management(Business and HR)

Bank working culture is worst and bank pressure is misleading to misselling of product like insurance, no proper support from HR and Top level management, they are treating employees like slave and lack of concentration on service part, No job secure, employees are fed up working in IDFC also no proper system and access to track or reach to backend team.

No value of hard work.... It seems recognition and rewards often favor certain employees over hard work and performance. A fair, merit-based approach would boost morale and motivation.
