There very less chances to get promotion here , I have seen people are working here for more than 3-4 years not getting promotion. Also there is lack of backing to employees by their seniors (head) .

Starting from the HR till the Unit heads everyone is only driving unethical sales and lest to think about the employees. Tremendous pressure for sales. Very rude and unprofessional behavior executed by the management.

No transparency in appraisal and bank is not stable on their own policy they're changing it every quarter they are not driving according to the market need. They guys doesn't have clear vision.

A bad bank, no one is going to give any support, not only the HR but also the employees are rude and do not answer the phone or call, even if you ask, do not tell clearly

Working culture is worst I've wver seen , they demotivate their employee Also working hours to long my official working time is 9:30 to 6:30 But i came by 9 am and we leave the branch at 8pm or 8:30
