Dislikes

No transparency in appraisal and bank is not stable on their own policy they're changing it every quarter they are not driving according to the market need. They guys doesn't have clear vision.

Team mates are very nice and suppotive .still not attend any training , I have completed 6 months only in company ,not take any appraisal ,travel policy is good, politics is not at higher level , work environment is good
