Starting from the HR till the Unit heads everyone is only driving unethical sales and lest to think about the employees. Tremendous pressure for sales. Very rude and unprofessional behavior executed by the management.

There was nothing to like about IDFC Bank, TL, Hr, Managers were fraud and lier. Partial between existing employees.TL were giving personal attention to their existing employees.

Dislikes

Work culture, hectic environment, partial people, helpless hr team, Mentors, appraisal was not their for specific employees. They never allow to take a leave on sick or severe aches. Hard-core calling more than 200 didn't allow to take a break in middle of time,. There was a fix short break n lunch time in between we can't go to drink water or toilet. TL never allow you to go. Bank working culture is worst and bank pressure is misleading to misselling of product like insurance, no proper support from HR and Top level management, they are treating employees like slave and lack of concentration on service part, No job secure, employees are fed up working in IDFC also no proper system and access to track or reach to backend team.
