Many new technologies to work No normalization curve for hike which is a good thing Snacks are good.

Too much office politics. People who are there for long think they run the company and worst is if they didn't like you ,you wont get any hike .No HR can help you. Director of company is putting too much pressure on workers. If you have any doubts no one will come to help you even slightly

Management only cares about the project, will call you on weekends and expect you to work long hours. Appraisal and promotion is based on your relationship with the management. Think twice before joining ideas2it

No work life balance Hr's behaving like owners Worst Employer pf contribution less than 1000 rs You have to stay 1 year after completing certification else you have to pay the amount. Admins are rude to employees.
