The company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology.i am very happy to part of this company as i learnt so many things here.everyone is helpful .we can get more knowledge about bank as it is a vendor of IDBI. And work environment is also good.

Nothing is positive about it to like the company

Worst seniors , worst management, worst increments, a lot of partiality, reference candidates are preferred for good hike good rating. If people have strong reference then they will get good designation ,good package, recognitions for the work you never did. But without reference you will get nothing not even appreciation for the work you did. Please do not join this company at all. The only good thing in it is job security nothing else. Client treat you as if you are their servants. Manager do not have any technical and functional knowledge but behave as if they know everything and will cross you for your every decision. Officially working hours are 8 hours 30 mins but managers expect you to sit beyond that even if you are ideal just to show others we have work pressure. No technical help will be provided because managers don't know anything. Managers interfer in your friends circle. They decide with whom you should stay with whom you must not and if you don't over your manager he will cross you Everytime. And make your appraisal bad....Read More
