Team mates : Not supportive Training:Sometimes if any new product is launched they ll give and only if they have campaigns There is many more things which I disliked and I have explained in the next field so there is nothing more which I liked here, only I liked here is customers.

Talk abt teammates-There is lot of discrimination done among employees, since we are "Off" role employees, "on" role employees will discriminate us, since we are working in one company everyone should work as a team which is not done over here and that I don't liked in this company, they should also think that everyone should work as a team together we also have done education and come over here, and there is lot many more things which I don't liked here but what to do We are still working here only because of customers not because of employees. Training- Since we are experienced we don't get training and all, if any changes are done in the products, facilities we only have to go through and we have to guide to the customers, only in some cases of we don't understand we ll ask our seniors. Job security: This is the one I am more worried about, because we don't have job security, see I am working here frm 8 years, but still every month we have to complete our assigned targets at any cost if we don't achieve been ll come in deadwood and we ll lose our job, and these staff or anybody ll not help in this case. Career growth: I am waiting for so many years for this reason only. Salary appraisal : From past 6-7 yrs salary appraisal is not done if we ask they ll tell this is the last slab and we can't do.
