There is absolutely no work at all go to branch sit there sit in concalls where they call you out and comeback home no work at all

If you are an MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 college you do not belong here if given a chance I would've started applying as soon as I got placed here. Will send you to branch in tier 2 cities probably near your hometown and then expect you to do sales. Open accounts, sell LIC policy call for activating their go mobile app, do cold calling for account opening.

You need to beg to avail your casual leave for one day. Frequent change of transfer policy. And very low probability of promotion. Transfer across the country against the request of the employee putting the personal life of employee and their family members in deep trouble. The Worst role they provide is RM/ RO typical salesman job. If you are boy you are automatically RO/RM if you are girl you will be pampered a lot. No PC provided for RO / RM, You will beg to other Colleagues for PC

If you are working in retail banking group, your branch manager must support you to learn and grow. If he is toxic you are screwed. If you just want to sit and do nothing to minimum work hear trash of your supervisor and forget that next minute enjoy the comfort and salary and don’t want to grow or learn this organisation is best suitable for you.

Senior management is absolutely worst. Too much of paper work. Old school compliances and flow and they expect you to do business like private banks. No growth.

Promotion process is not transparent. Also admin transfers are very harsh for women employees. They do not consider whether an employee is having small kid or pregnant. Very long working hours . Sitting in branches till 8 pm is usual .
