Every Organisation has its strenth and weakness & area of Improvement.None of the organisation are as much perfect as someone would think about.There are always some grey area which needed to be improved & here in ICS Mobile, Ifind Interdepartment communication needed to be enhnaced & streamlined since multiple team works on various projects ,sometime coordination can be challenging, leading to occasional delays.The willingness to listen to employee concern is a testament to ICS Mobile's Comittment to growth and excellence....Read More
