I got this job through campus selection and I am glad that I was a part of such a big organisation.

No career satisfaction.Numerous targets to achieve and incentives was completely dependent on targets.Had to travel daily up and down to open the trading accounts of customers and no travelling allowances was paid except Rs 1200/- only.Salary was okay.But the daily travelling in local trains up and down and to get stuck up in the traffic jams was tiresome.Ultimately I had to quit as the work pressure was too much was all the sides as I had too many officers to report....Read More

The knowledge you get while working as you are involved in multi products, you will learn almost every financial investment securities from equities, mutual funds to loans and FDs.

New acquisition are almost impossible as you will have to bring 3 in 1 accounts, savings account will open with a minimum cheque of 50k, you will have to do almost everything from sales, operations to maintaining data. High work pressure

In ICICI securities my higher authority is very good, those are all coordinating each and every (SM) asking her problems , explaining Those Problem Also ........But our manager is not good y because he didn't have a subject knowledge I am facing lot of problems

It's not liking or dislikes about the company. It's a wonderful organisation to grow. My take is allo other copittators are providing Low interest Home loans and other automobile loans to there employees with lower interest rate. Eg. Axis Bank give 4% ints for their employees of they avali Home loan from axis. As we all are one group that is ICICI it's will be good all the employees get this benifits. Just a suggestion.
