They are not bother for work. For this guys buttering is most important thing to do. The Team Leader is the worst person I ever seen in my life. For him the most important thing is to disturbed other and making sure that we can't do work. And he is sitting whole day in the office by doing nothing.

1. Terrible system of working 2. Customer service is pathetic 3. HR rules and system are only for reading 4. System is not worry for customer benifits 5. No one is bothering for employees or customers 6. Customer Software error is increasing day by day 7. Old employees are only doing nothing 8. Employees were interested in politics not in work (Lucknow)
