There is no issue with company, it's only few of people who does partiality between employees, and work life balance is not here in vertical in which I work.

1. Best HR policies i have ever seen. They listen every single feedback of you and always try their best ro satisfy their employees. 2. 5 day work culture is the another best part of the organisation.

Dislikes

There are few dislikes also i.e. 1. No transparent appraisal system 2. No monthly incentive 3. Never ever join in lower position in ICICI Lombard like Unit Manager because you need atleast 6-7 years to step up to your next level position. 4. No clarity about your KPI target. 5. Don't expect deserved hike 6. If you are joining is sales, you will get Rs 3500 of monthly coneyance irrespective of your designation, which is biggest drawback of the company policy....Read More
