My experience as an only women with my team hasn’t been great. There was no support at all. The company is indeed good but the employees were never supportive. Expecting a management trainee hired through college campus placement to perform well in Motor Agency, Sales without any prior experience was unfair and unsafe as well. Breaks are not appropriate I have medical issues like over active bladder I need to go to washroom frequently between one two hours but there is no break just you have to take permissions for that also break schedule not good

I had good co- workers with me. Friendly Team leader. That was the best part in my department.

Very biased manager. And higher management. Towards few employees If you are new. They will not treat you politely. And the sales department is worst in that company. No job security. The TL and management will make your life hell. Even they call you on Sunday. With no extra pay.No work life balance at all.
