There are lot more if I gonna speak all I think the box will show me the limit, There work culture is below average the salary won't justify employees work at all and also employees have that much pressure were company directly asking to leave to some employees without any reason because of sometimes some personal issue or sometimesthere arrogant nature. Good for experienced people as this organization gives good hike.

They give you opportunities in name of business requirement, but not on paper designation or any sort of growth because once they done squeezing out your talent to complete their work after that your are sent back to where you started the journey, in easy language they will give you hopes of growth than they will cut it off. Also too much bias, politics and favoritism, if you are someone favorite than they can ignore someone's talent to bring you up and if you are women than its so much easy :( ....last but not least they prefer hiring TLs from external source and pay them high but they will not give growth to internal employee who is eligible for same and had worked for 5yr with good rating and process knowledge.
