Expecting a management trainee hired through college campus placement to perform well in Motor Agency, Sales without any prior experience was unfair and unsafe as well. I had good co- workers with me. Friendly Team leader. That was the best part in my department.

Very biased manager. And higher management. Towards few employees If you are new. They will not treat you politely. And the sales department is worst in that company. No job security. The TL and management will make your life hell. Even they call you on Sunday. With no extra pay.No work life balance at all.

The work culture is very poor. My experience with managers Prem Rawat and Ashinder Tickko from Noida has been very negative. They never support employees and only put pressure on them. These managers assigned employees to branches that are 40 km away from their residences, likely with the intention of causing employees to resign.
