There is nothing to like about ICI. Its the worst organization in Pakistan.

Dislikes

The biggest problem with ICI Pakistan is its full of complex graduates from LUMS and IBA. These employees will alienate other graduates from other universities especially graduates from foreign universities. Than on top of that, graduate trainees from LUMS and IBA will get more compensation as compared to others</mark>. The employees from IBA AND lUMS should understand that their universities are not even on top 1000 world university ranking....Read More

Work Details

I had one of the most horrible experience in ICI, by working among the losers from IBA and LUMS. If you don't believe me, till 2012 maximum graduates are from these two universities.
