The work scenario lets you work with few good young minds who come in with the right idea about the industry.

The work environment is too bad, they only hire in freshers and inexperienced people who do not understand how the education industry works. They run a corporate company in the name of a college. Never value any faculty development, (even your NET and PhD.) The decision making people in the academic side of the college are too weak.The college isn't affiliated to any University and your experience will not be considered if you are actually planning for a proper academic career.
