Everything There are discrimination in between permanent employees and contractual employees whether you are as good as. Contractual employees salary and permanent employees salary have far difference. I'm talking about engineer role and above. And for contractual, you have to work monday to saturday and for permanent they have to work monday to friday.

The permanent manager Jo waha pure din bas time pass karte hai or game khelte hai kisi ko kisi bhi cheez ka knowledge nahi hai purane employees isliye they took advantage of that and freshers bas suffer krte hai.... contractual employees working days is from Monday to Saturday and permanent employee working from Monday to Friday....in COVID times permanent employee work from home and contract employee come to office unko corona ni hoga kya.....I just hate the office politics...kisi bhi senior (AM and above) koi kaam ni hota bas politics karte hai....Read More
