If you’re an outsider , that means your native is not Kerala then please don’t think of this company. Initially you will feel great and excited but eventually you’ll be depressed as in scrum they use their own language rather using english. Half of the time they will translate. There’s no decorum of corporate ethics. If you’re from Kerala and you don’t want to step out of your comfort zone then please go and stay there only cause it’ll be like you’re home. If you are from kerala itself, you can survive.If you are from other state, they will not properly cooperate. Work-culture and pay is too bad.
