CTC is not inflated with frivolous components. They tell and write what they pay, which felt very transparent, rare to see nowadays. That was a huge win, atleast for me. Job security is there, learning takes place almost daily and they encourage to learn more. I have also heard about good insurance policy, but have never utilised onthis, so no idea. Good place to grow. They give real WFH and not a fake one like 3 day office and 2 day WFH etc - so freedom of work location is definitely there. Also, Hiring HRs were definitely among the best ones I had encountered among the other offers I had received. I can stay a long time here if they give full WFH, try to maintain a better work life balance and give better hikes....Read More

Work life balance is bad, no doubts about it. Sometimes one might have to work on weekends too, for some teams. Hikes are not the best either.

Salary hike very poor, but will be overloaded with work and no appreciation or acknowledgment from management side Work culture is also terrible, you may have to burn the midnight oil and then even work over the weekends without any extra payment. No respect for the PTO, they will ping/call you without any shame sometimes long PTO is not allowed hence no freedom of that.

The coworkers are not supportive. Most of the employees are from Kerala so there is alot of support from same region employees but for North employees they are not supporting and putting a lot of pressure and also misbehave sometimes. Micromanage us which is insulting to me. They should behave equal to everyone and help someone who joins the team and is new to airlines domain. Company is good but few people are really manipulative and they behave so bossy which is really not cool. Beware of such people and karma hits back....Read More
