Company has open door policy. Transparent culture. Good HR policies. Technical upliftment of individual depends on project specific assignment. Company has started to have insights of employees and their strengths.

Dislikes

No roadmap or vision of company. How company is going to build and grow is uncertain. Sometimes job security is concern. There is no technical training or assistance if required. Technically sound employees and seniors are exhausted and are too busy to provide assistance, probably not easy to catch-up with. Management nor CxO ever addresses employees on how company is planning to withstand and progress. Employees welfare programs are however average and requires attention. No effort on retaining employees with good skill set. No point in continuing after 1 yr. You are left on your own if assigned to a sitr/project....Read More
