System Engineer

1. Good experience needed along with knowledge on the Operating System (Windows 10 / Win 11 deployment and working experience must for DSS (Win 11 Engineers).
2. OS imaging.
1. Should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.
3. Installing/upgrading Windows server OS to the highest versions.
4. Providing independent technical support for staff and users.
5. Managing user access.
6. Monitoring system performance.
7. Good to have experience in Active Directory.
1. L1 troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on the Operating System.
2. Configuring and Troubleshooting of MS OUTLOOK (OST&PST, PST Backups).
3. To solve the technical problems remotely.
4. Experience of Software Installation.
8. DHCP and DNS
1. Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems.
2. Logging Tickets on priority basis of critical Issues using TICKETING TOOL.
3. Should have experience in troubleshooting the Desktop, Laptops, & Peripherals
4. Customer Service Soft Skills - Active listening, Taking Ownership, Treating the customer with courtesy. Demonstrate respect for the customer and professionalism.
5. Proactive thinking.
6. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
7. Proficient in English communication skills
