Teammates are supportive. There is a huge gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Good Work Culture.

They only try to dominate employees and put a certain work pressure on them to complete the task before deadline at any cost without giving them proper training....Read More

They are extremely bad people and don't having common sense to think how a trainee will be able to work in your live project without giving them any kind of training or any guidance. They force their trainees to complete the task anyhow without giving them proper training that how to manage the real life project. Even if they don't give time to learn some technology. Here in this company an employee will be depress in every single day. This is not the curriculum of a software company. They are expecting a lot from trainee who are just fresher<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Company needs to be careful about their work culture and behaviour towards an employee otherwise a day will come when NetTantra will be lost in the market</mark>. Work life become spoil when I joined in this company. Too much work pressure and stress. I felt like this is real hell. They make their project analyst as a tech lead. So guys, think once what would be that scenario!!! To be very honest it was worst life.
