Dislikes

Managers make as to work till 11 PM in every product deploy, Need to wait 1.8 to 1.9 years for a single appraisal, The review meeting will conduct when every they want, If we ask for appraisal they will make us to wait 1.9 years after 3 month they will tell us leave the company, If we suggestion new things Management won't accept
