My joining to tthis company started in 2017. Where i was looking for growth which should captivate my thorough knowledge of Hcl and MNC.. To a single and great platform , though at the starting it was tough because to understanding the staff and office culture. But periodically, i came to like the company global outfitand culture. Whereever i went for me work was supreme, though even i too face hard time to find a good company which is best compare to the last company. But i belive this BPO is like relative work place never go with empty handed. Have a hand full of talent and knowledge to present and get recognize. Dislikes

HQ need a counclliing team to control their attrition. Correct disburse of salary even a fair discussion of salary desk why there is a deductions. like wipro have TED or Hcl have Team Leader because i believe sometime money is less but knowledge is full pocket.
