Only Hyperquality work culture is good and salary is in the time.

Dislikes

Company is bad behaviour in the covid 19, company is fired the employees at the situation of covid 19, and company does not promotion and increment of the employees in time.

My joining to tthis company started in 2017. Where i was looking for growth which should captivate my thorough knowledge of Hcl and MNC.. To a single and great platform , though at the starting it was tough because to understanding the staff and office culture. But periodically, i came to like the company global outfit and culture. Whereever i went for me work was supreme, though even i too face hard time to find a good company which is best compare to the last company. HQ need a counclliing team to control their attrition. Correct disburse of salary even a fair discussion of salary desk why there is a deductions. like wipro have TED or Hcl have Team Leader because i believe sometime money is less but knowledge is full pocket.

...ike a best person but He only try to know about the week points of the employee. You will not get increment they deduct unnesecessary amout from ur salary. Abhishek mishra handelling the HP process and only wants from employee in hindi we say "chamchagiri " he is really bad person. He always refuses his comitment if you want to wrk in MK be aware from him.

You will have lots of opportunity to learn there, work environment is cool, management also is very cool and top of all there is no pressure of giving login hour, meeting break adherence which every bpo or kpo normally has. But, there in hyperquality, you just have to do your job and if it is done you can quit for the day unlike other companies. I've worked 8 month with this company and found myself very lucky all the time working with the company. In addition, there is process off as well, if in case process has achieved its monthly target before the timeline.

The only thing that lacks in hyperquality was the salary. I don't know what they are giving right now but 1 year back when i was there salary used to be very low which i think is the only issue there. Apart of this, the company should also provide employees meal like FIS and EXL do. But apart of it, hyperquality is far ahead in other aspects.

Everyone was cooperative there and were easy to approach. We can easily walk up to the director for any major issues. I met with and accident that's why I had to quit the organisation. Else I was happy working over there.Growth opportunities were more.
