If a person looking for a job as a fresher in BPO and KPO's and a person getting an opportunity in Hyperquaity then hyperquality is best suitable place or i can say a kick start for a career it plays a major role for person who starts as a fresher.But if i am going below the belt in same honestly say it was a average organisation. I used AVERAGE word because of inner environment of organisation their is a so much slowly growth for a person because of politics and sidekicks. I Know every organisation have politics and sidekicks but in Hyperquality a long chain managed of persons means if you become a sidekick of your upper hierarchy or head then the process is going same sidekicks loves thier sidekicks and on an on.But Overall if employee getting an opportunity in same then i suggest personally a person should go and continue their-self and avoid all these things because of a well settled organisation....Read More
