After 6 months of training you don't need to come to office, you can do WFH which I personally prefer over going to office.

Dislikes

I won't recommend this office only because of some TLs who think they own the company, treating employees unprofessionally, talking unethical words and the chennai branch head who doesn't know how to respect the employees. If the company get rid of those peoples especially those TLs it's one of the best company you can work stress free and comfortably.
