My manager was great. Very understanding, adjusting but well.. he was an employee too so there’s not much he could do or say in front of the management

Dislikes

Not at all a good work culture. Everyone is supremely unprofessional. HRs have no power about anything. Everything has to pass through the owners and they can do anything and everything they wish doing in the name of “process”
