GM Amit Paul was extremely Political and used to abuse staff. He never used to let any of the leadership take decision. Always used to demean people. He even wanted everyone to come to work over weekends too.

CAN'T SAY MUCH AS I THINK THE MANAGEMENT WAS NOT REALLY INTO THE GROWTH OF THE ORGANISATION OR ITS MOST LIKELY THAT THEY WERE ENJOYING THEMSELVES BY FORGETTING THE OPERATIONAL PROBLEMS FOR e.g. 5-6 PEOPLE TO RUN 4 OUTLETS. AND IN THAT ALSO MANAGEMENT CANT BEAR COMPLAINTS FROM THE GUEST. THERE NOTHING CALLED WORK LIFE BALANCE AS WHENYOU REPORT @ 8 AM AND LEAVES @ 3 AM THAN YOU PROBABLY HAVE NOTHING TO DO EXCEPT LOO FOR THE BED AND FELL IN AND YOU GET 2-3 OFFS PER MONTH IF NOT BUSY. I loved by stint with Hyatt. Had to leave for personal reasons but given chance would go back to the Hyatt family once again. It is my family and would remain so.

Dislikes

If i have not been able to settle in chain like Hyatt i shall blame myself more than i would blame the surrounding and circumstances. Hence i would keep it more for personal reasons than anything else for which i left Hyatt.
