Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Yes there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Here is no career growth. that’s a big factor and nobody is there to judge the work of junior staff in terms of mistakes or appreciation. Every leader wants to grind his own axe. I think that much is enough to understand.

Work culture is excellent, employees engagement is very good, all team members are very much supportive and helping hand to another department as per they need.

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow, job security is 0, it is second chess game (if you know how to move next step you can survive, if you are not then you are check-mate), in terms of monetary it's very less in today's date. Partiality move hand in hand as playing real chess in life.
