To be work here is great experience all the things are very nice all the team members and salary structure is also very good and also the overall culture is very nice and all are very supportive

Dislikes

Few managers like Sourabh bhaiya of VSM VBA service Manager is not good as his work is very drastic and he is like feet licker of Chinese management. He destroyed the culture of company and no one is happy for him as a manager

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
