I recommend HTC GLOBAL SERVICES for a freshers to start their career. Good training is provided. They will allow us to explore on multiple technologies as we wish and they also support us in providing necessary resources for that. They also not allow female employees to work after 9PM.

Dislikes

As all the other company. They too show some politics in appraisal and in time of assigning to a project.

Don't join that company as a fresher. I have a very bad experience they gave me to work with more than 4 tools in 2 years with out giving proper training with the tools also soo as a fresher don't join in this company

Training department and trainer's are good they are providing good training to freshers that is very helpful to start a career

Partiality and Politics , specially if you are north indian ,they will treat you very good but when it comes to rating and opportunities they will support South Indian not all manager but I faced same and they will assign more work to North indian and they will torture Mentally only North Indian if you are a south indian this best place for you to work.
