If you ever get placed in this company forget about work life balance. That too if you got inside ADM projects you will be literally made to work for 16 hrs. The director or delivery head of this ADM projects who is handling Ford Balaji Desikan is an Hasshole. He is a narcissist who never wants his employees to have a personal life like himself. God knows whether he fathered his own children or rented them by someone impregnating his wife. Balaji Desikan literally abuses everyone he even harasses women and threatens them. But he gets away from everything just because he is one of the shareholders of the company. He even takes pride in it. Balaji Desikan likes "Yes men" or "kuckmen" as he himself is a narcissist he needs constant evaluation and attention some times we doubt whether he is a cay. Balaji Desikan for sure has Narcissistic Personality Disorder cause he comes to the meeting only to talk about himself. He wastes all the day by his filthy mouth and he asks output for the day. Any person working under him is living in a hell. Balaji Desikan don't even know the meaning of leadership he assumes accepting whatever he says is leadership. Balaji Desikan literally heated seats of HTC for more than 20 years 🤣 ROFL and he worked only in one technology and relational databases and he thinks he is the GOD of programming languages and advises us how to work. Man seriously just remember if you are reading this take it as public threatening whoron I will get you no matter whatever the circumstances. Worst company, no benefits. No job security. They pay bonus at their will. The conditions and Percentage changes every year without notice. If you are on notice or on bench, then no bonus. No promotions. You are valued only until you are billed by the client. If billing stops you go to dogs. I am working here form the past 5 years.

There is no project and no response this is the worst company that I had faced and now am facing many problems because of this company simply they put us on bench without giving projects simply they call to Chennai office and they terminate us

I felt it was important to share this write-up about Balaji Desikan who's the account head of ADM projects, after coming across some negative and derogatory comments in a public forum. I'm not here to take sides or pass judgement, but rather to provide my honest experience working under his leadership on two key transformational projects for a reputed australian client over than span of 1.5 years. I had the privilege of being an active core team member on both these projects that we had delivered successfully, earning multiple accolades from the client's stakeholder and management. During my time working under him, He's someone who consistently focused on the betterment of the project, always striving to improve our ways of working. He played a pivotal role in setting up the process initiatives across project management, delivery and reporting, all of which were crucial to our success. One notable improvement that he brought in was the best practices for reporting project status and updates. This included creating daily detailed reports during UAT/E2E phases, as well as weekly and delivery reports through dashboards. Also, we standardized the email report templates, providing stakeholders with clear, consolidated view of key metrics, current progress, potential risks and proposed remediation. Our client stakeholders regularly expressed their appreciation for the clarity and transparency of our reports. These helped them stay aligned with project status and provided valuable insights into both progress & challenges. One of our biggest wins, was that these reporting practices were recognized as best practices and have been implemented in their org, receiving praise from their top management. Like any critical project, we faced challenges and some heated moments which is part and parcel of any project delivery. We delivered these projects successfully without any slippages and in good quality which were critical to client, as they viewed them as transformational initiatives that would significantly reduce with operational costs. The client management team from abroad even scheduled a special meeting to acknowledge the successful delivery of the project, even though we were the vendor company. They expressed their appreciation for entire team & Balaji, for the efforts in successful delivery of these projects. Personally I'm proud to be part of this journey & BALAJI DESIKAN's team. I worked for Ford client. The Ford projects were handled by a guy named Balaji Desikan. Eventhough the company has good reputation before this guy is spoiling the name by abusing his employees and their families. He looks to be having serious mental health condition cause in meetings instead of planning and talking about technologies with engineers he tells his prideful stories and wastes the times of those engineers. He is extremely self conscious and abuses anyone who brings a better idea. If you oppose his points he would call you names. I don't know who appointed such an immature person as a delivery head for such a big client like Ford. Because of his abuses some people had gone to an extent of suicide. I think soon cause of him the company will get into trouble. There is no professionalism or practicality in the way he talks. He just want to make the employees work for 16 hrs if they refuse he will treat them badly. He even abuses women and easily gets away with it. He often comes to the meeting as if he is going to handle everything but in truth he just abuses everyone for a full day and calls name on managers of the project, establishes himself to be superior and tells his stories and he wastes a full day. Then he asks for productivity of the day cause of that we need to work at late nights. He wants people to work on weekends and in holidays as if we are going to get the salary of a CEO and he won't give the allowances. We can't even come out to drink water he will immediately assume that we are wasting time such a worse culture he is maintaining in the organization. It all depends on the Client and the Manager whom you’re working with. Regular appraisals. Work life balance. If you are performing well there are good chances for H1B. If your shift ends after 10 PM, you have the cab facility regardless of the gender. No counterparts. You directly deal with the clients.

Very less night shift allowance. Financial team is not at all reachable. Smaller hikes. Not a great infrastructure. Don’t even have a good cafeteria. Even the associate managers are just like any other developers.

By any chance If you ask increment though you are eligible you will be kicked out of company. As sooon you asked you will get call from HR to tell about your LWD. This is great company who want to work like a S L A V E S.
