Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! They re finding students who are too needy to trap them they don’t even give offer letter and tell you to join seriously no travelling compensation given wrost experience there are two guys who are taking over this they just want to complete thir hiring target they don’t care if you’re eligible or nt for position no training given guys do labouring but don’t ever fall under their trap.

Cheater MD Mr. Anand using construction worker as EHS trainer in Mumbai metro project. No salaries. MD used to body shame female & male employess.

No ESI no pf. No salaries. They will call you in mumbai and will provide some oyo rooms to stay 3-4 days. After that they will ask for money to retain the job. Worst organization ever. Till date two months salaries are due.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
