Department make their own rules for Work from Home and return to office. CSR activities are mandatory by your reporting manager for reducing tour grade. Outsource employees working for 5yrs or more maintain dependency and dont share knowledge with permanent employees. This is also service based company only difference is they work only on HSBC Projects.

The only thing which I did not like about hsbc was, salary hike is not discussed during appraisal time, and once you get the number there is no scope for discussion.
