Nothing much - culture is observed to be toxic - and seniors at CTO and great positions in Pune speak words which are not professional. Also everyone is free all the time and just sees what other is doing --- like traditional Indian serials . HSBC is making profits but Indian employees are like a vomit. Please don't join HSBC in India.

Once you come to company no one will tell you what work is be it any department in HSBC even manager who recruited doesn't care if you have some work or not. Everyone is dominating without much of skill. Grade 4 people don't know about flow charts in ppt - and even work conveyed is with incomplete data. If you are working as data analyst and if you can complete your work from home still others who are engaged with vendors will create a situation that without much of reason you will called at office. Rich environment and a great management. Anything you want to learn can be arranged either in-house or outside. Job security is at par, highly stable organisation to work till your retirement. Work life balance is good here, consuming your leave balance is mandatory which are so many that out of 12 you’ll be on leave for about 2 months. They promote hybrid work culture and transportation is provided to all employees. Employee well-being is taken care here, one can speak to either certified mental health expert colleagues, his managers or can simply just take leaves to het recharged. Earlier culture was good but now it's worst

Dislikes

BM and boss is doing partiality in team. Old team members who is working since last 10-12 years doesn't need to come on time. Only new joinies have asked to come branch on time. Boss doesn't teach things but he expects we must know each and everything. Boss also doesn't come on time.

I wouldn't say dislike but may be a suggestion, I have heard from my colleagues that HSBC pay package is not very competitive, I am personally happy with the package.

Worst company. Don't join this. People's in indian process are worst typical boss mentality give tight deadline and use fould desi hindi word to scold the Junior. No professional behaviour. Worst management worst process.

Dislikes

Nothing it's worst service based company. It's been 2 years working for 14 hours daily and no weekend off and no festival and annual holiday are allowed to take. Higher managers shoutout at people's working under them. Very rude. Worst no learning no work life balance. Don't joj Indian process.

If your boss is a good person and supports the one who has skills and experience and wishes to push you ahead only based on those, and not caste colour or creed. Doesn't get manipulated by staffs that come from their previous team. Then you will grow very quick in the organisation

Dislikes

Once a person is easy to manipulate and is toxic is nature tries to pull you down even if you are the best person, then it's difficult to even breathe in the organisation. No HR no higher person no one can help you all you can do it try and get out.

I am impressed with my workplace which is mostly work from home. The atmosphere here is incredible supportive, fostering both personal and professional growth. The team is also like a family and make each day enjoyable.

Dislikes

In the like comment, I have mentioned that its Hybrid or majority work from home, the salary structure is kind of average. In the beginning we used to claim our internet bills. However, they removed the internet bill reimbursement policy recently. Hope we wish to get it back so that I could give 5 star for salary and benefits next time. Some people would laugh at this dislike but many would know.
