HSBC is one company that is true to the promises that are made at the time of hiring. I join the profile which involved 80% travel however due to personal problems I mentioned that I cannot travel for more than 25% and at the time of hiring the managers confirm that they will take care of it and it's been more than one and half yearthat I been working with HSBC and no travel assignment has been assigned to me. The culture in the team is amazing it's a global team so everybody works together to get to achieve the completion of the audit. The concept of Offshore and onshore is also missing thus everyone's gets a chance to work on end to end audits. the best part is that you are not stuck on a specific kind of work or a project every 3 months you will get a different challenge to portray your skills. With HSBC I upgraded my skills, undergone several courses an increase my knowledge base to a great level. It is a great working place if you like to work loan and want a challenging life. The best part is that you get to do all of that in 9 hours you are in the office. I would surely recommend HSBC to all Aspiring finance professionals....Read More

Dislikes

They are not many things that I can list which I don't like about HSBC. One of them is obviously the policy where in the increment is based upon the inflation in the country so sometimes it may seem really low . However accompanied with career progression and other opportunities this hurdle can be taken care of

Work Details

My work in HSBC is confined to the nine hours I am in the office. It involves a lot of interaction with business, Global teams and senior members of the organisationfor those who love to travel these ample opportunity for international and national travel

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
