Things which I liked -: Professionalism Annual Bonus Annual leaves Lot's of data handling (not that much like though) Things which I liked but didn't show any expression outside 😆 -: Acting of the assigned manager 🤪. Manager is a drama king / queen. I enjoy the acting on a daily basis which motivates me to work here.

Dislikes

Things that I disliked -: 1. Job 2. No free / subsidised food 3. Company policies are a ton of shit. Too much regulation and restrictions. Feels like working inside a jail 😖 Things that I disliked the most -: The manager that was assigned. Too much acting, drama , childish behaviour. Expects employee to behave professionally but doesn't behave professionally with the employees assigned to him/her. But again, it is this acting which motivates me to interact with my manager daily and stay in this job. HSBC as an organisation is an wonderful place to work with, however, it also depends on the management under which you will be working.I am very satisfied so far , however for the last 1year I have been shifted to accounting n valuation team where I have faced a lot of problems and pressure due to improper management.

There is non as such, the only expectation is to provide us with Indian holidays.

Promotions - Promotions are completely dependent on your seniors. Work doesn't matter for them. To get promotion in your own team you have to go through the interview process which is completely biased.

Top management do partiality and discrimination. No proper communication with grands AVP and VP never interact with staffs. If you do bettering you have good further otherwise you won't get one single recognition.

Company is good but newly managers are hired who don't even know basic process and Hr. are not at all given importance in that company whatever the manager says though he is new to the bank are considered Employees are treated as beggars there .
