Work culture is very good here, moreover women safety is a topmost priority here.From work life balance to career growth everything is very good.As an ex employee of HSBC i would suggest that it's the best place for a fresher.Salary structure is probably the best in kolkata right now.

My experience was very bad , as my manager desperately tried to frame me for errors and get me highlighted in the wrong side of management other than that its a good place to work if you can handle gender discrimination against male employees and giving you false promises of employee happiness and mental health as my AVP once told me that there is no such as mental health.

Main thing to dislike Is bullying by mangers to new employees specially if it's s guy and there is no effective hr policies to listen to one's problem and work on it, the employee mental benefits pop ups they show are only for show itself
