Management is not proper. And they JD is not fixed/work profile is not fixed they are doing experiment with new employees to add more work which is not related to their employees profiles. Any time any things they are telling to work on it.

Dislikes

Management is not proper, always they are doing the cost cutting and doing the experiment with new employees with addition of work which is not revelent to employees profile. Company size is very small and not working on new business.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
