I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

They will promise you the allowances and perks and increments but after joining, they will deny you for the same. If you ask or argue with them for the promises they made, they will simply deny for the things. Hr thinks as if she is the president of india. She doesn't know how to talk and behave. If you behave back the same way, you are fired. They will remove you anytime without any prior notification. They will hold your salary and will blackmail you for the same.
