Employee are great yet the management failed to understand the struggle of the employee. The employee are underpaid and make to work excessively beyond the pay. Reporter doesn't get TA/DA. Do not expect any incentives or add up to your salary instead be ready to get your salary deducted and keep the apology letter ready if there happens to be a technical glitch which is not even your fault.

Work Details

Everything was great until management steps in

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

You get paid that's it. great for freshers to learn how a media set up looks like and there's nothing else beneficial from the company.
