- Since its a startup, requirements keep changing frequently (according to market needs, which is expected). - Sometimes you might have to strech hours but thats rare, so cant complain about it much. - Process is not stable, but again its a startup.

Highly unethical company, fired 60% of their workforce (including the higher management) within 10mins without any kinda warning/intimation,Especially the strongest team of the company. Revoked all access, didn't even let the employees remove their personal data from the system. I actually pity the company more as its very near to its scrapping / destruction.
