People based company. Good learning opportunity as there is no proper procedures are in place.

Poor Management with full of ego, no morality at all, Empty appreciations on emails but no on time promotions (sometimes delay by one year), unexplained salary deductions with no prior notice at all, zero transparency on field bonuses, managers (from mid level to top most level) are so unprofessional that they talk in threatening tones to get the work done from their engineers and operators. No planning of relievers and man power at all. No timely leaves and days-off, work gets assigned to engineer even on leave.
