Dislikes

They are not having any fun activities or any extra curriculum activities even they didn't invite for company lunch or dinner. Face to face Town Hall is very rare.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I don't like working here however this is a temporary job for me.

Dislikes

This company lacks work culture, the employees here speak in Marathi and do not how to write in english or speak in english. Other than that it's very toxic environment, people find ways to throw there work at someone else and then when it's not completed the start fighting over the responsibility. The whole top management is toxic.
